Mini Sessions
Welcome! Before your mini session, please read the terms below. They cover how the session will work, what's included, and other important policies you'll need to agree to.
Fees
Your mini session fee is the advertised price for a 15-minute session at the agreed-upon time and location, and includes a minimum of 5 high-resolution digital images. (more will be provided if available)
Payment in full and a signed contract are required before your session.
Mini sessions run on a strict schedule; you should arrive 10 minutes early to be ready for your designated time slot.
Deliverables
All photographs will be shot in digital format. Digital photos will be made available on a private online gallery available for download no later than 2 weeks after the shoot date. (Files are most often delivered sooner.)
Photos will be delivered as high-resolution JPEGs in a password-protected online gallery. RAW files will not be provided.
When the online gallery is delivered, it will remain open for 30 days from the delivery date.
The Client acknowledges that the quantity of photographs can vary greatly and that photography by nature is an art, subject to the creativity of Rogue Bear Creative LLC.
Requests for additional photographs or changes to images shall be made within 5 days following delivery of the online gallery, and will be made at the discretion of Rogue Bear Creative LLC. Extreme or timely edits will only be done at an hourly fee of $75 per hour.
Be advised that RAW files may be destroyed at any time after the online gallery has closed.
The CLIENT may download images from the online gallery for personal use only.

Client is allowed to print photos for personal use and will be given a print release with the deliverables.

Images may be posted on social media with photo credit to either @roguebearcreative or www.roguebearcreative.com
Downloaded images must not be reproduced in any form, including for the purpose of being submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use, or in any other form other than as provided for in this agreement or with the express written license of the Rogue Bear Creative LLC.
Photography and Artistic Style
You are booking Rogue Bear Creative LLC because you like my style of photography. The CLIENT agrees that dissatisfaction with the photographer's artistic judgment or subjective aesthetic preferences (e.g., composition, color, editing style) are NOT valid reasons for, refusal of payment, or return of money paid.
The photographer reserves the right to determine which props, if any, will be used during the session.
Refunds or re-shoots are not available for reasons such as clothing or hair/makeup regrets, or client-preferred weather conditions.
Rogue Bear Creative will determine if outdoor conditions are safe and suitable.

All Clients (including children and pets) must cooperate and follow directions for the best results. Missed shots due to lack of cooperation are not the photographer’s responsibility.
Copyright
Rogue Bear Creative LLC retains the copyright to all images.

Clients receive unlimited, non-exclusive personal use rights. Re-editing in a way that changes the work is not permitted.
Unless otherwise noted in your questionnaire, I may use images for portfolio, website, and social media.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
All booking fees are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Sessions may be gifted to a friend if you can’t attend.

Late arrivals will be asked to reschedule. If possible, you may wait until all other sessions are complete (time and light permitting).
Backup Dates
If sessions are cancelled due to the unpredictable Texas weather, all affected mini sessions will be offered to move to a backup date.
In the rare event I miss a session, a backup session date will be offered.
Release and Discharge
The Client herby releases, discharges and agrees to save harmless Rogue Bear Creative LLC, it’s heirs, legal representatives, assigns, employees or any persons or corporations acting under permission or authority from Rogue Bear Creative LLC from and against any liability as a result of any distortion, blurring or alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise that may occur to be produced in the taking, processing or reproduction of the photographs.
Equipment Failure / File Corruption
Rogue Bear Creative LLC will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from the non-delivery, and the liability should be limited to the repayment of amounts paid to Rogue Bear Creative under the signed agreement. Rogue Bear Creative will not be liable for any further compensation, including but not limited to, claims for emotional distress or general damages.
Acknowledgement
By booking, you acknowledge you’ve read and understood these mini session terms and conditions, and you will be required to sign a contract, and pay for your session in full before your photo session begins.
